Nervyn is priced per seat, billed monthly or annually. Plans start at 2 recruiters and scale up from there. Pricing is tailored to team size, workflow, and the features you actually use rather than fixed tiers — book a demo for a quote for your team.
No. There are no setup fees and no implementation fees. Onboarding is included in every plan, including data migration from your existing ATS or CRM. We want you live and placing quickly, not paying extra to get started.
Per seat. Every recruiter who works in Nervyn needs a seat. Hiring managers and clients who only review candidates through the client portal do not consume a seat, so you are not paying for occasional reviewers.
No. Monthly and annual billing are both available, and annual carries a discount. There is no lock-in beyond the billing period you choose.
Nervyn is all-inclusive: AI matching, outreach, scheduling, analytics, and the client portal are in the platform rather than sold as separate modules or add-ons. There are no implementation fees and no per-module pricing, which is where a lot of the real cost sits with legacy ATS and enterprise tools.
